Football Manager 2022 Gamepass version dropping frames when connected to internet

I recently purchased the gamepass ultimate with the hope of playing Football Manager 2022, the game drops frames when connected to the internet, I have no idea what could be happening or what I can do to fix it.

These are my PC specs:

8 GB RAM
AMD A10 9700
SSD 240 GB
Radeon R7 Integrated Graphics

Is there any possible way to resolve this without having to disable the internet while I play?
