Hello,
Today, I wanted to start a new save with a data update in Turkish highest division. There are some rules need to be fixed according to the reality.
Maximum of 17 foreign players (Maximum of 14 foreign players in the game.)
Maximum of 14 foreign over-21 players (There is no rule for that in the game.)
Maximum of 14 foreign in match squad (There is no rule for that in the game.)
Maximum of 8 players in the playing 11 (That is correct.)
Maximum squad size of 35 players (Maximum squad size of 28 players in the game.)
Minimum squad size of 15 players (That is correct.)
Minimum of 1 domestic goalkeeper (That is correct too.)

Did you try the file in the link ? Is the file work properly ?

there is a FAQ thread here showing how to find and edit squad selection rules, its simple to do
if using files from other sites ask on their forums @Emre Geçer

I will see what I can and can't edit easily, things like the number of teams will take more work, I'll see if the rules are easier.
