Account issue

Hello.
When i try to entry in the FM23 give away, it appears this error.

"Social Profile already exists!

Hey it seems like this youtube account is already linked with the user "Akay1".

Do you possibly have two accounts by accident?"
 

Is this normal? Can you guys help me on this?
