Constant injuries in the lead up to games

Every week, 1-3 days before I match I always pick up at least 1 training injury that rules a player out for at least 2-4 weeks.

 

What is happening here?  My coaches are highly rated with good stats.  I always rotate players and take them off in a game when fatigued. 

 

Is this a glitch?

My FM22 nobody got injury. Feels like not realistic
