I'm gutted to say we can't sell the game this year same as last year 😢 After many years as a proud official retailer of the game we were removed due to “supporting modded content that circumvented licensing rules” i.e. our fantastic real name fix. But we'll still do our best to make sure you get the best price possible.

Just order it off Fanatical to be sure you get beta access, you can see if the key code activates as well in your country.

Kinguin is pre order. I dont have the key yet.

Just cause the games on pre order on Kinguin doesnt mean you will get the beta haha, for a start i don't think its on sega approved list. You should of read the Football Manager 2023 description on the product before pre ordering off their website as it clearly says ‘’This is a PRE-ORDER, the key will be delivered upon the game's release date: 08 Nov, 2022!''

If you wait a few weeks SI always give loads of copies to lower league clubs to sell cheaply. I’ve picked up from a random lower league club for £12-£20 the past few years.

Sad to see people jumping on SI over the mods issue, it is rarely the developer that screws over fans, it is the publisher. This will be Sega's bean counters who have barred the site from selling the game likely because they have a plan to monetise mods in the future to make us pay for inhouse graphics packs. I always have to tell this to people when they complain about Bethesda or Rockstar trying to screw over fans when it is their publishers (Zenimax and Take-2 respectively) that want to milk gamers for every last penny.
Developers are gamers just like you, publishers on the other hand, are businessmen.
