Managers as assistant coaches

Hi everyone,

I would ask you all, if there is a way to make all the first team managers available to be hired as assistant coaches.

I like to play football manager as I'm an executive director, concentrating myself to buy/sell players, build the staff, delegate responsibilities and simulate the match day throw the “1 day holiday” option. Doing this I have to leave the team tactics management to the assistant coach but all the famous managers are not available for the position as they are not interested to the role. Is there any patch or Db edit I can use to deal with this??

Just mass edit the managers 

 

Make them assistant managers

 

In career plans set them to want to be ass man in your club,or league or country 

 

Terminate their contracts or edit them to end early etc
