This article , if I understood correctly, explains that Bupolsa no longer exists and that they will mainly be focused on working with kids under the name CD Burgalés.
That means we have to wait for FM23 and see what happens with IDs.
For Ilicitano (814094), the B team of Elche, it seems they just use the logo of Elche on their shirts: https://www.elchecf.es/noticias-futbolbase/equipo/ilicitano
All though Elche now has a totally new logo on their social media pages, can't really figure out how official that is
