Pre-Game editor - Transfer window help

Hi guys,

 

One of my biggest pet hates is that transfers made at the start of the transfer window, but before the seasons reset, go through on the previous seasons transfers. Can anyone talk me through how to change this in the editor? I've tried moving the reset dates but they clash with other pre-sets and the editor wont allow it.
