The file is fine, antivirus/browser detection is false positive. I was experiencing this for some other files from this website but they are perfectly ok. Just ignore warning messages and allow download, or add file to antivirus exclusion list.
Anyways, here is the small logo from zip file in case you can't allow download:

Oh cool, thanks. I figured it was safe…but I couldn't figure out HOW to download/bypass the “virus” block (I'm not that technically savvy!"

You're welcome.
You can try to download file with Firefox and when it shows this
click on that message and in the following window select “Allow download”
But if your download is blocked by antivirus, I can't help you because various antivirus products have different options.
