It's time for the long awaited Spalletti 4-3-3. It was a tactic I planned on making during FM22 but I never was happy with the end result. This time around we focused on making it early into FM23 and I am 100% happy with this tactic.
We aimed to replicate the attacking intensity, with dangerous wingers, a progressive midfield and a striker who can put the ball in the back of the net.
With this 4-3-3 I must say it really does have it all, not only are we lethal at going forwards we also have top tier defensive skills. Keeping many clean sheets, and conceding the least in the league with 2/3 of the saves we done.

Not played the whole season, because it takes to long just to “test” the tactic.
I have to admit, that at the beginning of season1, there are too many top-players injured, so I have to user a few solid players instead.
Had 3 friendlys before the season and another 6 games in Serie A + 2 in CL - you can see the results in the screenshot.
Tactic started pretty good, but not getting enough goals, although my team had much shots on goal.

Great tactic with a few tweaks on some players' roles. Won the Double with no defeats the first season. Lost 3 matches against Man.Utd(2 defeats) and PSG(1 defeat,1 draw) in Ch.League and qualified in Europa League.
