FM23 Base Skin without any faces

Hi Everyone, with my limited knowledge of coding and xml, I would like (anyway) to remove any picture faces from the game.

I've started adding the Kit instead of the face on the player page and on the home page and I have a long road due to my lack of coding experience.

Hope you guys can help.
I'll be more than happy to share the skin or panels once complete.
So far, this is a % of where I'm

Welcome to the Club: 95% (missing the Loan and Transfer on the right panel of the team introduction)
Home: 100%
Inbox: 65% (Inbox is a difficult one. Social Feed and News nearly there)
Squad: 100% (nothing really needed to be done)
Player Page: 100%
Squad Planner: 99% (missing just Bext XI) in Report section
Dynamics: 90% (Overview missing literally one bit).
Tactics: 99% missing one bits in Opposition Instructions
Data Hub: 100%
Staff: 100%
Staff as in Person page: 100%
Training: 100%
Medical Centre: 50% I'm not loving this section. I can't rid of any faces!!! 😩
Schedule: 100% (nothing really needed to be done)
Competition: 100%
Scouting: 0% Not started Yet although some section are connected like the Person page etc that are complete
Transfers: 0% Not started Yet
Club Info: 50% (Few bits here and there)
Club Vision: 70% (Few bits here and there)
Finance: 100% (nothing really needed to be done)
Dev. Centre: 99% missing one bits
Remote Chat Pop Up Screen: 99%

I'm stuck right now with a few screen. can you help with these ones? Any help is really appreciated 🙂
