- How to use?
Open Football Manager 2023 and start a new career game.
You must select "No More Foreigner Limits" in database option.

Will it still say in the league rules that they must be no more than 5 non-eu players or will the file just give everyone immunity from the foreign limit rule when it comes to league registration?

other clubs are getting peenalzied, like napoli with kim and kvarat 1st season. Had to revert back to the set rules
