what to use for config file for stadium pics

i managed to add my whitley bay stadium pic into the config file using graphics guru but now i have a new laptop with windows 8 it doesnt let me save files or edit config files. what can i use to help me get my teams stadium pic onto the game. and also grahics configurator doesnt work either on windows 8. any help would be great
