@Footygamer I see this with a lot of loans that we set up here, we don't include a future buy option, but then in-game it does display it
When looking at it through the editor it shows that it has been set as -1 when it should just be blank?
It has a pretty big influence on the game, because the fees are often not that realistic and you will end up with players transferring permanently to teams that would never be able to pay them normally.

The correct option in the pre game editor to stop any future buy now fee is -1
If then in game a fee is appearing then there is a bug

@BramNUFC Are you sure that -1 is coming from our updates? It shouldn't be.
It seems to be set by default by he editor.
And as kingrobbo said, -1 should prevent a future transfer.
It's also showing for players that don't have a loan set up in the base database, so it can't be set by default right?
I'm finishing the first season now in my save, so I'll check if these buy options are actually being activated

Could you possibly try starting saves with these two files they both edit Ricardo Pepi one should definitely not have fee to buy and the other might auto generate one.
Both versions show a future fee of €0 for me

It's difficult to test then because previously you gave Ricardo Pepi as an example who does have one, it's seemingly random.
I'll try and add some stuff to stop it but don't have the time to do lots of reloading to test properly.
If a player has started playing college football in the USA, please transfer them to the club called ‘Temp College' with ID 72025183 instead of releasing them on a free transfer. That's where SI puts them as well
@Footygamer It's still automatically ending loans and stuff under your name, but not much point in that if there will be no more updates right?

Don’t think this is the right area for this but have noticed an error within the update. Olly Miles (31042179) of Hashtag FC is listed as being older than he is. As he is listed on there site as being 21
Good spot, unfortunately it seems that this hasn't been fixed for FM23 either (data deadline has passed now). I've notified the researcher anyways 👍

The plan is to release the data update on Tuesday 22nd.
If this date is missed it might be around 2nd or 3rd. But hopefully it won't be.

Hey, i've downloaded the newest data update today. I packed it to the editor data folder but when i start the game the file isn't shown.
Does someone know why the file isn't shown?

Same here. I can't see xml file in FM23 game panel, there is no any change in database.
