Hi there
I just wanted to ask, how do you update the database to include real life players that are not featured in a team and are currently not included in the database as of yet? Only as there are a few players missing from Chichester City FC who I would like to add to the squad in order to make it more realistic if I use them in a future save

Hi,
I tried to add Daniel Isichei, to Bimingham City.
As I had little info, I used the BCFC website retained and released list as proof.
I browsed the updates just now, and it says the update for this player is pending moderation, yet when I click on my new player submissions it states that it's invalid.
Can someone tell me who invalidated it and why?

The invalidation was automatic/system-driven, because there is a minimum data set that needs to be provided for any newly-submitted player. The ‘Pending Moderation’ bit on the club page is just a bit of a UI oddity (I'm sure that'll get tackled at some point so it's more intuitive).
The specific information your submission was missing is setting the player a position. I think you should be able to access the following URL, which is the specific submission: https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update/attributes/submission/10155. If you can, you'll see near the top there is an error, indicating what is missing:
ERRORS
Player is not natural in any position
If you are able to, please do go in and re-submit, providing as much information as possible. In an ideal world, that will include a DOB, a position and the ‘basic’ info to ensure it's as accurate a representation in-game as possible.
