You don't need to delete the game anymore. They added clear cache function in the game settings. Put your graphics in, start the game, preferences, on left corner is a menu where you can find clear cache.

Connect your iPhone/Ipad to PC.

Open Itunes.

Click on File Sharing.

Select FM Touch from Apps.

Drag and drop your graphics folder in.
