Help with Custom Facepack

I've created a custom facepack for a custom database, i've done every necessary step, created a config file and the facepack doesn't appear in the game, can someone help me please?

Oh i'm sorry, eventually i realized that i had ticked the option of having fictional players and staff, now it appears normally.
