Eu corrigi editando o arquivo de correção de nomes de times e competições incluindo a mudança de nome do estádio 1215 para Giuseppe Meazza. Foi válido para o meu save atual. Foi preciso apenas entrar novamente no fm23.

and restart the game. You don't need to start a new game
