Create-a-club home kit not displaying correctly - can I edit it?

Hi there. I hope you can help.

I'm playing FM Touch 23 via Apple Arcade on my Mac and iPad.

I've created my club and have been playing for about a season and a half.

I used the in-game editor to make a red/white halves home kit to match my badge (first pic).

However, a few days ago, for some reason, the home kit changed to an all-blue kit (second pic).

Please can anyone suggest how to fix it? (Can it be done in the ‘proper’ game?)
