Can I change transfer rules for a team?

Sorry if this is a noob question, I'm new to playing FM outside of the English leagues. 

 

I've randomly picked a team called Søya in the lower Norwegian leagues and have realised that they have a transfer rule where they can only sign players younger than 20 years old. This is fine for now, we're playing competitively given how low the skill levels are in this league but I don't want this to be the case permanently. Whilst a lot of players enjoy a youth challenge, it just isn't for me when it comes to a long term save. 

 

Is there a way for me to remove/change this transfer rule without restarting my game and changing it in the db? I can't request it from the board and I don't know if it will change should I get promoted? If it can't be changed then I can just start a new save with a different team but if it can be changed then I'll stick it out! 😛

not possible to change rules in a save game 

 

only way would be to use something like FMRTE to allow you to sign older players PM me
