I want to create a custom cup competition for 8 specific teams from around Europe to run alongside their usual league systems. The cup competition will have the same 8 teams every year.

Is there a suitable guide out there that might assist with creating a cup competition for specific teams from multiple countries? Or can anyone point me in the correct direction?
