The stadium editor is accessed via the FM23 editor place the attached file Comp Editor File into this directory in order to unlock it; C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2023\data
Once in the editor search for a stadium and access the new stadium sides panel. through this menu we can add and remove stands, set a stand to be a terrace or all seater and add or remove roofs. This is all we can do though, we cannot change stadium models/textures, add or remove tiers from stands, add boxes/tv screens or have stands at different heights and/or lengths.
From playing around with the editor I have the following observations:
- When changing a stand, it works best to remove all details effectively resetting that stand to 0, then making your changes.
- When editing a stadium the capacity of all 8 stands must match the actual stadium capacity.

delete the File: comp editor.fmf
paste in: your File “Stadium Edits.fmf”
and “not” to put the File in: …\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023\editor data

The original file…and Priority's file both require a new save. Priority's file however just needs putting into the editor data folder where your save games are located (usually My Docs) and then add it in advanced options when starting a new game. The OP's file needs putting into the steam data folder and is accessed with the pre game editor and effects the main SI database.

Hi,
I edit almost all stadiums in Poland but it doesn't work in game. In Editor everything is clear but during the match I can see only “old” view of each stadium f.eg. 4 stands when I made only one. Capacity of this stand in editor is the same as a capacity of whole stadium. The rest of stands in editor I tick “doesn't exist”.
What can be a problem?

When you edit a stadium, first you add 0 to every stand, after deselect “in use” stands you dont want to use, and last, you add number of the capacity to the stands you use.
Also, the editor have some bugs, so don't edit to many stadiums at once. After editing 5-6 stadiums, save, and reload the edited DB. Check if there are errors, and fix them before continuing.

Has anyone managed to figure out the exact numbers for different types of material? Wood, concrete, metal and so on? It is the section of age, between 0-20 for value, but I haven’t been able to find the exact combination for wood. For example where I live a lot of our teams have a stand made out of woods for many clubs even in premier division.
Would really like to know what number combination that refers to who. If anyone figure it out please feel free the share some kind of list

I started a Braga save and googled to see a way to fix the Braga stadium which loses a lot of it's charm with 2 stands that don't exist in real life, found this and was overjoyed because you even edited the Braga stadium yourself, hope you can update this for the new patch, thank you for your work chirucristian & priority76!

This does still work for those who think it doesn't, what you have to do is replace it again after the update, then works as normal. Hope this helps

After downloading and putting the file uploaded by priority76 a couple of posts above, Braga's stadium was fixed but now the game doesn't recognize my downloaded 3D kits from the Portuguese league, Braga's kit looks like the standard generic one now, any idea why?
