Awesome tactic. Hartlepool was tipped to go down but we got the title in the end. Club's finances were bad so i only had 3 transfers. Free transfers, league standard, nothing special.
I used instant results for most of the games.
I'll continue using this tactic in Sky League One. Let's see how it will fare up there.

Truly plug and play. It worked on vanarama south with taunton, just follow assistant's recommendations for team's selection. We abled to secure promotion and advanced far enough on many cups. Though player at small club complains a lot because the positions doesn't fit them.
