How to create an Algeria Ligue 1 save in FM23

Hi, apologies if this query is in the wrong forum (first time poster) and is a novice question but I was wondering how to create a save in Algeria's Ligue 1 in FM23.

So far, I've successfully downloaded and uploaded the latest data update from here, but the league wasn't included in it. I reckon there's a way I can download a specific league and add the fmf file?

Any advice is appreciated!
