Is there a way to get Mason Greenwood back in the game? He’s been cleared of all charges now

But he wasn't ‘cleared’ at all, the case was dropped when a witness suddenly decided not to cooperate.

 

That said, you don't get charged with multiple offences unless there's enough evidence to charge with, and the lack of a CPS prosecution isn't the same as innocent of all charges. 

 

As a result it's widely reported that neither the mens, nor womens teams, are comfortable with him being reinstated.

 

I can't see SI reintroducing him unless a football club is willing to deal with the backlash and give him a game.
