Is anybody able to help me?

I've tried two different sets of facepacks but yet there is a numerous amount of players faces not being shown.

for example, Bruno Guimaraes and Salah will not show at all.

Any idea on why certain faces will not show?

I have now installed Sortitout facepack and it still doesnt work
