Calcio Catania Serie C FM23

Hi everyone, I am trying to do a save with Catania who have just been promoted to Serie C/C in Italy. But they are not in the league with the latest DB update. I can see them on the site under Serie D here within the editor data sections. But I am not sure how to download them specifically, or what to do. Any suggestions?

The site reflects FM23 not the update.

I’ll have a look into this, I was awaiting final confirmation of the leagues as there were some ongoing financial issues with some clubs.

So it still appears that Brescia possibly will be readmitted to Serie B if Reggina exclusion be confirmed by the Council of State on 29th August, once everything is fully confirmed I will upload a new file for Italy for all the divisions.
