I did not succeed in updating the transfer of players, Cristiano Ronaldo is still at Manchester United, I have followed all the steps, in the data editor file it is according to my direction save it, then when starting a new game, I have checked everything but there is no transfer update, please help

Use the IGE, it's perfect for moving players/managers to their “real” clubs. Also because it's not a database, you keep your save game and career without the need to start a new game.
