Hello guys,
What is the easier formation (AI tactics to play against on football manager 2013? and what tactics you have used to counter them effectively?

I've found that AI sides almost always line up either in 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 with two advanced wingers and a holding midfielder, first of all 4-5-1 is most effective against 4-4-2 but 4-5-1 is more difficult to counter, usually I use 5-3-2 with wing backs as they neutralise the two wingers, they must have high stamina though as they are expeted to mark the wingers as well as get forward and cross the ball, otherwise your strikers will become isolated.
