Anyone able to create a database to include Italian 4th tier (serie D)?

I've been playing around in the pre-game editor trying to figure it out but I just can't seem to make it work. I also tried importing an older database and fixing the errors which again I wasn't quite able to get around. I believe I managed to get it close to working but seemed to keep running into a few errors, particularly with youth teams and comps. 

It's something I'd really love to use in game so if anyone is able to make it that would be absolutely amazing.

Keep an eye on the Italian fm fan base forum, fmfusion, every year guys there release 2 databases, one with Serie D and the 2nd big one that goes down to level 7
