Leagues aren't loading - FM23

Hi everyone I have a question.

I tried to load a database with the 20 levels of the English football pyramid.

When I tried to load this database I went into the Advanced field in the players approximate count to follow some instructions to load the database.

I didn't load the database (because it was too big) and now when I try to load other leagues from the editor data, going in the add/remove leagues, the leagues aren't appearing in the choosing countries field.

What I need to do to fix this problem?
