You do realise this is run by people in their own time for free?

personally i find the navigation simple, i downloaded several leagues this yesterday FC12 and the 3D updates, took me 10 mins max

so either its you, or your PC capability

Disorganised appears to be your issue, if repetition is considered. I don't have a problem finding what I need. It does annoy me when those that give their time and content for free are criticised and invariably by those who are not premium members and contribute nothing to the upkeep and existence of the site.
