Logos dont appear

Hello, i think i have a problem with the logos. None appear. Just the originals that come with the game. Also, almost none of the faces of players appear. Ive done all the instructions but it doesnt appear to work at all.

r u play FM13?

if yeah, click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decresae page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin' after you download logo, facepack etc.;

let us know if any problem

Yes, FM13. Ive done all that. But the logos dont appear and the only faces that appear are from pack 6. All the others dont.
The folders are all in the a folder graphics

better if you show us your screenshot thats where problem is....your folders, your logos from?, and your FM13 too. ill look see if any probem i know
