Hi guys, I wanted to know when the database for the Italian championship up to the first category will be released.

You ask in the wrong place.

The Italian fm fan based forum that creates the Prima Categoria update is fmfusion.

Yesterday they released the Serie D update, the one you want probably will be available after the official winter update.

You have to become a member on their website to have access to their downloads and databases they offer.
