Skinning - Location of "hidden" files

Hello,

 

I'm looking to make some changes to my skin, specifically adding in the comparison to the scouting card.  I've located (I think) where the scouting summary sits (<widget class="player_reports_overview_summary_panel" file="player/player reports overview summary vertical scouting card" late_loading="true" minimum_width="30" default_width="-1" priority="3">😉

 

The thing is, I can't seem to find the player_reports_overview_summary_panel or the file “player reports overview summary vertical scouting card” in the player folder.  I've changed the name of the files on the code and it removes the visual on the skin so I know its pointing somewhere.  I can't seem to locate the file in any of the skins I've downloaded.

 

Please help!

To make it clearer, what I am looking to do is get the pop up below to be on the card itself (the pop up shows where hovering over the recommendation (A.,B,C etc)


 

 

 

 

Looking for it to appear on the screen below the attributes

these files are not hidden. old xmls stop you from changing it.

all panels and widgets locate in fmf archives in folder where you install game
