Everything in this FM24 database retro database has been reverted to 2013 using data from Football Manager 2014. The database includes the likes of Messi at Barcelona, Ronaldo at Real Madrid along with wonderkids from back in the day like Wellington Nem. With the support staff EDT file, you will also see 14,500 regens appear over the next 10 years, including the likes of Erling Haaland, Kylian Mbappe, and more coming through at the annual youth intakes as the save progresses towards the current date!
About the 2013/14 Retro Database
The 2013/2014 retro database lets you play FM14 in Football Manager 2024. With a total of 3,8 million changes, you will get the full experience of playing in the 2013/2014 season on Football Manager 2024.

Install the support staff file in the following folder

The database FMF should be installed in the following location:

ONLY TO BE USED WITH THE DEFAULT FM 24.0 DATABASE
NB! You need to unpack the files using WinRAR or Unzip.
Save File version
PLUG AND PLAY FILE WITH EVERYTHING LOADED INCLUDING REGENS
Place the .FM file in your games folder and simply load in-game

Try redownloading the latest version, If you still can't get the FMF version working there is a .fm save game version which should work

I noticed that a player in Belgium was not in his good position it is about silvio proto who is a goalkeeper but in the game he is a striker

Save file version UID for every player are different from original UID, therefore when I used my old Megapack 2014 it will not loaded.
So basically, no facepack cannot applied to this database because all data (in save version) is generated not originally from FM.
am I right?

I used old megapack 2014 and new megapack 2024 (DF11), both can be applied in FM2024 database, because it should be have same UID.
but not applied when used you retro DB, because the real UID For Steven Gerrard is originally not this one: 2002042742
so basically i need your version of facepack or facepack with UID generated from your database.

Essentially yes. All personnel have been given new IDs to make it easier to transfer the database over to FM25 and beyond

Ok, the database is work fine.
but as I told, most of megapack out there is not compatible due to different UID from original one.
so unless you provide new facepack using your UID Database, it is quite impossible to add facepack to this database retro.
because DF11, CutOut and other facepack follow original UID.

I finished my first season ; got the season review, sold players signed players but there is no domestic schedule for the second season. Only Champions league….?

How long does it roughly take to get regens working in this DB? I'm in April 2024 and youth intakes have started coming in for teams but unable to see real players come through. Have set it up with the support staff edt in files too (on mac)

I downloaded the game with xbox gamepass and ive put the database folder into the editor data folder and it doesnt show the database on fm

How can I uninstall this without it affecting my ongoing save using it? I want to start a normal save but even if I untick the Editor Data file, there are still some files that I've added that will affect the game, like youth intakes still being the ones from 2014 and after. And if I just revert the file changes (Youth intakes for example), will the young players from my save still be the real ones or will they just be generated by the game like in a normal save.

Someone on reddit mentioned that installing retro database might mess with things.
I only have this database installed, but it's not selected when I started my save.
