Problems with downloading

Hey guys, I followed all the steps in youtube videos of people downloading it. But as soon as I go to new career I can't click on the database selection. Do I need the In-Game Editor to play with mods?? Can someone please help me?

Do you have an official version of the game or a crack?

Is it up to date with the latest version?

Do you have the game installed on a different drive to what would normally be the default?
