for this club the first logo could be restored (actually used in the 22-23 season or alternatively this one with the star at the top)
or leave the new one while waiting to understand if this id will be used again on Fm25.
Currently a new id has been created (2000288897 https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/submissions/show/3082161) with the right name and logo, but until fm23 the club is called FK Dinamo Tirana. https://www.facebook.com/fkdinamo.tirana
