FM24: Conquering Europe (At least some of it anyway)

It’s time for me to try this story stuff again on FM. This is gonna be a real long-term save where I try and win all of the 10 top European leagues (England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey and Scotland) as well as all Continental club competitions (Champions League, Europa League, Conference League and UEFA Super Cup). There are also going to be 3 rules that I will stick to.

I must make have a positive net spend during my whole career by the time I win the final trophy. Sustainability is the key to success.
By the fifth season, I must have my key backroom staff hired (Assistant Manager, Director of Football, Technical Director, Chief Scout, HOYD, Head Performance Analyst, Chief Doctor) I must take them to every club I join from that point in my career. Should one of them not join me at my next club or leave the current club, I can only replace them through Job Adverts.
I must use 10 different formations across my career, one for each league I join.
I cannot join any club that are predicted to finish in the Top 2 in their league, because I like a challenge
I can only identify transfer targets through DoF suggestions or scouting recommendations that I will narrow down through Data Analytics. Also, I cannot negotiate any transfers, that will all be done by my DoF

I also wanted to have a realistic and interesting start, so we begin this career in Belgium, more notably the Belgium Second Division, with SL16 FC, Standard Liege’s second team.

The expectations aren’t very high, with the board simply expecting me to avoid relegation from the second division, and with the fact being that we cannot be promoted to the top flight due to Standard Liege my aim here is to be a solid setup to develop players for the first team by playing a system similar to the one that current manager Ivan Leko uses, meaning that throughout my time in Belgium, I will be using any variation of a 5-2-2-1.

I only plan on being in the Belgian Second Division for one season, with my hope being that my entertaining possession oriented 5-2-2-1 would catch the eye of a top flight club in another division.

After joining there was no money for transfers, not that I was expecting to make any so it was just full steam ahead to the first month of the season in August, can we start our time with SL16 with a victory?
