Regional Academies Affiliate & Free Movement (FM23)

Hi,

I'm playing FM23

Question 1 - I'm looking for information about Regional Academies in the Affiliates section. Can anyone tell me what this actually does.

Question 2 - I understand that if you have a B Team For example you can move players freely. Also if you have a club as a Shared Youth Club you can have players moving freely.

However neither the B Team or Shared Club will get new regens, is there a way to get an Affiliate that will let me move players freely but will also get their own regens.

Any help appreciated.
