This amazing job of creating an editor file which fixes the colors, and the number of available kits in your game is made by:

From version 1.1 and later it's included @bolid74 file for England leagues up to level 6
We do NOT take requests for adding packs to the file. This is done on a regular basis. So please be patient 🙂

1) Does this patch fix the issue with 3D uniform colors appearing the same?
2) Does this also apply to national team jerseys?

1-It depends if you are using the ingame 3d kits or 3d kits made by other users, but we always try to be as much precise as we can
2-Yes, you can find them in every pics i post when an update is out (AFC-CAF-UEFA at the moment)

I wish I've read your post ealier…Sheffield's 3rd kit is already added, but the other 3 teams will be fixed in the next update.
