New Argentina structure

Hello,

I want to create a new structure for Artgentina championship: 

• Regional championship as brazilian state liga. The winners will play the “campeonato metropolitano” wich replace the copa argentina and copa liga
• The strucutre of actual divisions inb Argentina but with an european format (20 clubs with home and away games.

I'm not sure to be able to make that alone. Do you know someone on this site that could hepl me?
