I don't know if this the right thread for this, but the name of this team: https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager/team/67008486/ponferrainda-b is Ponferradina B, not Ponferrainda B. It doesn't seem to be a Real Fix issue.

What's the best way to play the 24/25 season? As far as I can tell, the promotions and relegations are correct, but nothing else matches up, eg players who were out on loan in 23/24 will be out on loan for the first season. Is there a way around this?

go into the editor and release the loans

We reset all these things like loans on June 1st.
I realise this is a bit annoying for competitions that end earlier in May, but to make covering the whole of Europe easier June 1st is our cutoff date.

I thought the loans would be reset on june 1st. But dont think that happened yet in the latest update right?

Damn it looks like the loan expiry hasn't been set for the FM24 DB on the site all year and no ones noticed till now, that's why they didn't auto expire.
It will be because the way contracts are stored changed this year to handle the new game modes.
Looking into fixing it now.

There seems to have been an issue with the transfermarkt imports on July 1st, the date is no doubt significant being a common date for transfers and contracts resetting.
For those out of the loop we try to automatically import transfers from transfermarkt each night, if you see my username creating a submission or approving one with transfermarkt proof this is what it is.
I don't know what went wrong last night and it might take a while to investigate and fix, please bear with me while I try and look into this.

I've fixed the issue now and figured out why it occurred and prevented it from occurring in the future. It was unique to July 1st having so many updates so hopefully shouldn't happen again soon.
Some players profiles may now be messy with multiple submissions turned on and off, i'm not going to attempt to tidy them up since hopefully they shouldn't need updating now for the rest of the season.
If people are aware of players who have not been fixed please post a comment for me to investigate.

HI,
Don't know if was already spoken or told, but the Portuguese teams in UEFA competitions are not correct. Porto starts in Playoff for UCL, when the correct woulld be phase group of UEL. SC Braga should be in UEL too. Only Sporting SCP and SL Benfica are in UCL. Vitoria Guimaraes are in Conference League.
