the portuguese league have some bugs, especially in the "B" teams. When the coach of B team expire the contract, if you sign a new coach you cant really give him the right tasks ..

its my assistant coach who is dealing with the B team , and my coach from B team is doing nothing...

These sound like bugs you'd have to report to the developers and not something we can fix https://community.sports-interactive.com/bugtracker/
