This save I'll be looking to rebuild Chelsea back into a title challenging force. We're all bored of the constant Man City title wins with no challengers, so we will look to build Chelsea back to a title winning club. The Chelsea board have little patience in the real world so were giving ourselves four years to win the title. This is mainly due to the fact we aren't signing anyone in the first window. Our first job is building a tactic and bringing in coaches and staff to help the rebuild.
