Look at your submissions and you will see a LOT of logos with size 1070, not a coincedence.

That's why I suspected you are artificially trying to make them acceptable, so don't do that. If it's small upload small.

Look, whatever software you're using to make logos bigger, ordinary image viewer or Photoshop, DON"T DO IT.
