Spain's default rules plus the (real) Copa Catalunya for Catalan teams and preseason cups (like Barcelona's Gamper trophy).
Also includes the U19 second division fully activated.
I've repurposed the "ghost" nation Czechoslovakia to create the inactive Catalan second nationality (like Basque), sadly this is incompatible with my Island Games file. I don't think we can show Catalonia as an option to "load all players" at game start - Pays Basque is hard-coded that way - but you can load all players from Spain.

Any chance you can also add this mod here? Since I'm using Epic's version I can't download it from Steam. Thanks.

Download link on the right. This is for FM23 mind you, you might be able to port it over to FM24 but the U19 division would probably be messed up as h*ll and there would be a bunch of new people who would need the second nationality added
