XML Parsing errors

Recently every time i try and change anything i get XML parsing errors

is there a fix for this?

It usually means that somewhere in the XML code for the skin or other graphics, there is missing code. I have no idea how to fix it. 

i use FLUT v4 most of the time, never had an issue before and nothing changed
