Dear Sortitoutsi Team,

I am writing to formally complain about an issue I have been experiencing with your newsletter emails. Despite having disabled all email options in my profile settings, I recently been receiving emails from your domain.

Therefore, I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take immediate action to stop these emails from being sent to my address.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to report your domain to Zoho as spam. I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency it deserves.
