Problems with generating Newgan faces for the fist time

Hi,

Is someone able to help me with generating the Newgan faces for the first time. I've done everything in the guide, and it's all working except for the last step. When I press the “Replace Faces” noting happens at all… Am I doing something wrong? It dosen't start generating or give an error message.
